Because most AnimeBape products are made-to-order, each item is produced specifically for your purchase. This production method allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.


1. Order Review & Cancellation

Please carefully review your order details before completing checkout.

2. Return Eligibility

Because items are made-to-order, returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by AnimeBape.

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the product issue

    • Photo of the shipping label and packaging

After reviewing your request, our support team will provide return instructions if the claim is approved.


4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • The issue must be verified through photos or videos.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, or odors may not be eligible for return.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement without requiring the item to be returned in order to reduce unnecessary shipping and packaging waste.


5. Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timelines:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Additional bank processing time may apply depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by AnimeBape.

For size or color changes caused by the original customer selection, we cannot process an exchange. However, our support team may offer a discount code for a replacement order.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Personalized or custom products containing user-provided text or images (unless defective)

  • Items returned outside the stated return window

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered


8. Product Variations

Please note the following when placing your order:

Color Variations
Due to differences in screen displays and production processes, product colors may vary slightly from the images shown online.

Size Selection
Size charts are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information before purchasing.

These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

AnimeBape is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • forwarding errors

  • unavailable recipients

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.


10. Delivered Orders

Once a carrier marks an order as “Delivered”, the shipment is considered completed.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

AnimeBape may assist with investigations but cannot guarantee replacement or refund once delivery has been confirmed.


11. Shipping Issues

If your package is marked Undeliverable by the carrier due to address issues or refusal, the customer may need to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Additional reshipping fees may apply.
