By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.


Our policy lasts for 14 days from the arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns on products shipped out by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and proof in the form of pictures/videos with the shipping label, packaging, and our tag clearly visible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel Order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. A full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

  1. You must provide all information and/or documentation related to your orders placed in our store upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if fraudulent activity is detected or to refuse support if you do not sufficiently provide complete or accurate information and documents in accordance with our refund policy.
  2. We will not be liable for any loss or shipment delivery failure caused by the recipient’s absence, an incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery.
  3. We will not accept responsibility for any claim resulting from user error, such as the wrong size, design, or color selection.
  4. Bulky and oversized product packaging must adhere to the carrier’s standard criteria. As a result, when the products are folded during packaging, they may have creases. Please note that this is not a product flaw. To prevent wrinkles and creases, spread the product flat for 3-5 days.


  • Proof Required: Proof must be sent to us within 14 days for any refund or return requests. Order returns need to provide proof in the form of pictures/videos with the shipping label, packaging, and our tag clearly visible.
  • Contact Us: Do not return items without contacting us first. When contacting us via email, please wait up to 48 hours for us to reply from Mon-Fri (working days).
  • Order Processing: Products in the same order might be sent separately due to different processing times. Please wait a week after receiving the first item to claim a missing order.
