Dio Brando JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Mid Top Basketball Shoes

It was you, Jonathan, and it will be your feet: the Dio Brando JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Mid Top Basketball Shoes use a black and gold checkered pattern across the upper, with a green collar and heel and a dramatic painted portrait of Dio on the ankle panel.

Who Is Dio Brando?

Dio Brando is the charming, ruthless rival who steals the Joestar family name and later becomes a vampire. Decades later he returns as the stand user DIO, using The World to stop time and crush his enemies. His theatrical poses, his famous lines and his long feud with the Joestars have made him one of anime’s most quoted villains.

Shoe Details

• Checker print: yellow and black squares give the pair a flashy racing flag look that suits Dio’s love of the spotlight.
• Green accents: the collar and heel add a hint of his green outfits.
• Court silhouette: padded mid top ankle, lace up closure and a thick white outsole.

When to Wear Them

The checker pattern pops against plain black jeans and a gold or white tee. Try them at pickup games, conventions, Halloween costumes and any watch party that ends with someone yelling about a steamroller.

The portrait shows his smug expression and sharp cheekbones, so even a quick glance at your feet feels like an entrance from the Joestar mansion, complete with a menacing smirk.

They make a bold gift for the friend who always cheers for the villain, whether it is for Christmas, a birthday or a Secret Santa swap.
