Every cap here is an embroidered baseball cap - the design is stitched into the fabric, not printed on top of it.
Why embroidery matters on a cap
A cap takes more abuse than any other garment. It gets crushed in a bag, sits in the sun for hours, absorbs sweat at the band and gets handled constantly by the brim.
A printed cap shows all of that within a season - the graphic cracks at the crown fold and fades unevenly where the sun hits hardest. Stitched thread has no surface layer to crack and holds colour far longer. On a cap specifically, embroidery is not a premium finish, it is the finish that survives.
These are set designs, not custom orders
Worth saying plainly: these are ready-made embroidered designs, not a custom embroidery service. You are choosing from 490 existing styles rather than submitting artwork. If you came looking for personalised stitching, this is not that - but if you want an anime design already stitched and ready to ship, this is the deepest selection we carry.
What is in the collection
Naruto Shippuden leads, followed by Demon Slayer, Attack on Titan, My Hero Academia, Chainsaw Man, Bleach and Pokemon. Our best sellers are the Squirtle, Akatsuki pattern and Pikachu caps.
Most designs are logo-scale rather than full-face portraits, which is why they read as ordinary streetwear caps at a glance - the reference only registers once someone looks properly.
Fit
Structured crown with an adjustable rear strap. Check the product page for the specific closure and measurements.
Care
Spot clean by hand and air dry in shape. Never put a structured cap through a washing machine - the crown loses its form permanently.
Choosing a cap
1. Logo scale versus full graphic
Smaller stitched marks read as ordinary headwear and go with anything. Larger designs are bolder but commit the cap to fewer outfits.
2. Colour first
A cap sits at eye level and anchors an outfit more than most garments. Choosing on base colour before design usually produces something you actually reach for.
3. Check the closure
Closure type is listed on each product page. It determines how much adjustment you get, which matters if you are buying for someone else.
