Gandalf Fly You Fools The Lord of the Rings Ugly Christmas Sweater

Run for the exit in the Gandalf Fly You Fools The Lord of the Rings Ugly Christmas Sweater. A black sweater with red and green bands shows Gandalf’s face in the center of the chest, framed by the word FLY above and YOU FOOLS below. Snowflakes and tiny trees decorate the borders, and the back shows a line of Elvish-style ring script across the shoulders.

About Gandalf

Gandalf is the wise wizard of The Lord of the Rings who guides Frodo and the Fellowship. He carries the flame of Anor, wields the sword Glamdring and is known for his fireworks, his pipe and his dry sense of humor. In the Mines of Moria, he tells his friends to run just before facing the Balrog, and the line became one of the best known quotes in fantasy film. The black base and the red trim on this sweater echo the fiery glow of the bridge scene, so the nod is easy to spot.

Design Highlights

• Famous quote: a line fans know by heart is printed in bold white capitals.
• Wizard portrait: Gandalf’s face looks out from the chest in a dramatic close-up.
• Ring script back: glowing lines of Elvish-style writing stretch across the back.
• Dark color scheme: black, red and forest green feel like a night in Moria.

Where to Wear It

This crew neck pullover fits a movie marathon, a tabletop game night, a winter hike or an ugly sweater party. Brown boots and dark jeans keep the adventurer look.

It is a great gift for a Tolkien fan, a wizard-loving friend or a coworker who quotes the movies at every meeting.
