Haku Spirited Away Studio Ghibli Knitted Cardigan Sweater

Meet the boy and the dragon in one outfit with the Haku Spirited Away Studio Ghibli Knitted Cardigan Sweater. A pale grey and white collage of manga style panels covers the cardigan, showing Haku’s face with his green bob alongside the long white dragon coiling through teal swirls.

Haku’s Two Forms

Haku appears in Spirited Away as a polite boy with a secret. He serves the witch Yubaba but quietly helps Chihiro survive the spirit world. When his true name, Kohaku River, is remembered, he is freed from the witch’s control. Fans adore the way the film shows his gentle side as a boy and his powerful side as a flying dragon.

Design Details

• Storyboard collage: the sketch panels look like pages from a notebook, with portraits and dragon coils side by side.
• Green and teal accents: colors taken from Haku’s hair and scales add a fresh touch against the pale base.
• Same art on the back: the pattern continues around the whole sweater for a complete design.
• Light cardigan cut: V neck with buttons and soft ribbed trim.

Ideas for Wearing

This light colored cardigan fits spring days, bookshop trips and gallery visits. Try it over a navy tee, or over a dress at a Ghibli themed tea party. The soft palette makes it easy to match with cream, denim or forest green, so it slides into a normal weekly wardrobe without looking like a costume.

A lovely gift for anyone who loves the story of the river spirit, whether it lands at Christmas, on a birthday or at a graduation.
