Hiei Yu Yu Hakusho Knitted Cardigan Sweater

Wrap yourself in the look of the Dark Tournament with the Hiei Yu Yu Hakusho Knitted Cardigan Sweater. A black body with a wide white wrapped band at the waist sits between orange sleeves, one with dark flame shapes curling up the arm and the other wrapped in white bandage style stripes.

Who Is Hiei?

Hiei is the fire demon of the Spirit Detectives, a short, sharp tongued swordsman who trusts almost nobody. He moves faster than the eye can follow, carries a katana, and hides a Jagan eye under his headband. His signature attack is the Dragon of the Darkness Flame, a black fire dragon that he keeps wrapped around his bandaged arm until the final blow. Fans love him for his cold attitude and his hidden loyalty to Yusuke and Kuwabara.

Design Notes

• Mismatched sleeves: one arm shows the black dragon flames and the other shows the wrapped bandage, a clever tribute to his famous arm.
• Waist band: thick white stripes across the middle mimic the belt and wrappings.
• Dark core: the black torso lets the orange sleeves stand out.
• Standard cardigan build: button front, V neck and ribbed hem.

Style It Like This

Wear it with black jeans and boots for a nineties anime look, or throw it over a white tee for a casual day with friends. At conventions it pairs with a white headband and a prop sword for an easy cosplay that is comfortable to wear all day long.

Great as a birthday or Christmas gift for a Yu Yu Hakusho fan who has been rewatching the tournament arc for years.
