The Wanderer and the Battosai

Himura Kenshin is the wandering swordsman at the heart of Rurouni Kenshin. Once known as Hitokiri Battosai, the most feared assassin of the Bakumatsu era, he now carries a reverse blade sword and vows never to kill again. His fighting style, Hiten Mitsurugi, uses speed and precision, and fans love his gentle smile, his scar and the tension between his past and his new life.

Design Details

• Burgundy base: a rich red brown that echoes his crimson hair and gi.
• Coral waistband: a bright accent band with a white drawstring.
• Stacked title: cream lettering shows the series name and Kenshin’s name in kanji.
• Jogger ankles: ribbed cuffs for a tidy line.

Styling Them

Wear them to a dojo, a martial arts movie night or a walk in the park. A white tee and gray sneakers give a clean look, while a black hoodie adds an edge. They also make comfortable lounge pants that feel right at home on a quiet evening with a good manga.

They are a great gift for the Rurouni Kenshin fan who loves samurai stories with heart. Choose a birthday, Christmas or a graduation to celebrate a new beginning.
