Description
Stand tall in the Homelander The Boys Mid Top Basketball Shoes. A deep navy upper is filled with white stars, red and white stripes run near the collar, and golden yellow panels at the heel look like a cape draped over a patriotic superhero costume.
About Homelander
Homelander is the leader of The Seven in The Boys, a series that imagines superheroes run by a corporation. He looks like a classic hero with a flag cape and a sunny smile, but behind the scenes he is dangerous, unstable and desperate for approval. His laser eyes and super strength make him nearly unstoppable, and the show uses him to poke fun at celebrity and politics. Fans of dark satire love the way he twists the hero image.
Design Highlights
- Star field: clean white stars on navy give a bold, flag inspired look.
- Cape colors: a gold panel and red accents suggest a heroic cape.
- Sneaker shape: a padded high cuff, firm laces and a bright white sole.
Where to Wear Them
Pair them with jeans, a white tee or a red jacket for a patriotic look. They suit summer cookouts, game days, parties and show watch nights.
The classic colors make the pair easy to match with many outfits, and the tone is playful for fans who enjoy the satire.
The hero pose in the artwork carries a smug smile that fans of the show will understand at once. They make a great gift for a viewer who loves superhero parodies, for a birthday, a Fourth of July or Christmas.
Size Chart
It is essential to carefully review the size chart, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted for incorrect sizing.
