About Jushiro Ukitake

Jushiro Ukitake is the kind captain of the Thirteenth Division in Bleach. He has white hair and a weak body because of a lifelong illness, but he is still a powerful fighter. His zanpakuto, Sogyo no Kotowari, is a pair of swords that can send attacks back at enemies. Fans love his gentle personality, his friendship with Shunsui and the way his squad looks up to him. He is known for sharing sweets with his friends and for treating his squad like family, which shows his warm nature. His white and black haori is a symbol of leadership in the series, and the long wide sleeves of this kimono echo the loose captain coats. Seeing it in the light of a sunny day is a nice reminder of his calm, kind smile.
