Monkey D. Luffy Jolly Roger One Piece Mid Top Basketball Shoes

Fly the Straw Hat flag on your feet with the Monkey D. Luffy Jolly Roger One Piece Mid Top Basketball Shoes. Crisp white leather-look panels carry a round Straw Hat Jolly Roger emblem on each side, framed by black overlays, bright red heels and a golden yellow collar that tops it off.

About the Jolly Roger

Every pirate crew in One Piece has a flag, and the Straw Hats fly a grinning skull with crossbones and a straw hat. Luffy, the rubber captain, draws the symbol from the hat he got from Shanks. It stands for freedom, friendship and the promise to become King of the Pirates.

Design Details

• Round emblem: the Jolly Roger sits in a circle patch, easy to read from a distance.
• Four colors: white, black, red and yellow give the pair a lively, retro basketball vibe.
• Yellow collar: a bright top edge recalls the straw hat.
• High top fit: lace up front, padded ankle and a firm sole.

Where to Wear Them

Because the base is white, they look great with jeans, shorts or sweatpants, and they are a good match with a red shirt. Wear them to school, to a basketball court or to an anime convention.

The pattern is simple and recognizable even to people who do not know the series.

Fans who like to build outfits around a single symbol will find that the round patch pairs nicely with a plain black hoodie and a pair of dark joggers.

Give them to a fan who has followed the crew since the East Blue. They suit a birthday, a Christmas surprise or a reward for finishing a long series.
