Shine Sprite Teal Trim Super Mario Bros Knitted Cardigan Sweater

Chase the sunshine in the Shine Sprite Teal Trim Super Mario Bros Knitted Cardigan Sweater. A fresh teal background is covered with golden Shine Sprites, each a smiling sun with orange rays and a small face, and the pattern wraps across the front, sleeves and back.

About the Shine Sprite

Shine Sprites are the collectible suns in Super Mario Sunshine, the 2002 game set on the tropical Isle Delfino. Mario uses a water pack called F.L.U.D.D. to clean up the island and gets one Shine Sprite for every mission he completes. When Shadow Mario steals them all, the island loses its light, and collecting them again becomes the main goal.

Players remember the hunt for all one hundred twenty of them as one of the game’s most satisfying challenges.

Design Highlights

• Smiling suns: each sprite has a little face and bright orange points.
• Teal base: a calm tropical color that makes the gold pop.
• Teal trim: cuffs, collar and hem match the background for a tidy look.
• Button front: a comfortable V neck cardigan.

The bright suns also cheer up a gray winter commute, and they look especially fun against dark jackets.

Where to Wear It

Wear it to a game night, a summer evening out, a beach cookout or a trip to the arcade. White shorts and sandals give it a vacation feel.

It is a bright gift for a Mario fan who grew up with the GameCube. Give it for a birthday, a holiday exchange or a graduation present.
