Transmutation Circle Fullmetal Alchemist Hockey Jersey

Equivalent exchange never looked so sharp. The Transmutation Circle Fullmetal Alchemist Hockey Jersey is all black with glowing red and gray alchemy symbols: a red Flamel cross wrapped in a serpent on the left chest, a pair of grey transmutation circles at the shoulders and a ring with a snake eating its tail near the hem. A large red cross with wings crowns the back between the shoulder blades.

The Alchemy Behind It

In Fullmetal Alchemist, alchemists transmute matter by drawing circles, following the law of equivalent exchange: to gain something, something of equal value must be lost. Edward and Alphonse Elric break that rule while trying to bring back their mother, losing an arm, a leg and a body. Their quest to restore themselves leads them to the Philosopher’s Stone and a nation’s secrets. The Flamel cross is the mark of Edward’s red coat.

Details Worth a Look

• Alchemy circles: thin geometric lines in silver and red echo the diagrams the characters draw.
• Serpent ring: a coiled snake symbol sits near the waist, referencing the ouroboros of the story.
• Dark base: black fabric makes the red and gray graphics look like they glow.
• Cut: A loose V neck jersey with long sleeves, so the alchemy marks stay visible even with a jacket over it.

When to Wear It

Great for conventions, library study sessions, a Brotherhood rewatch or a chemistry club meetup. Pair it with a red coat or black jeans for a nice Edward Elric inspired outfit.
