About Yu Nishinoya
Yu Nishinoya is the libero of the Karasuno High volleyball team in Haikyuu!!. He is short but fearless, famous for his amazing receives and his loud, cheerful energy. Fans call him the Guardian Deity of Karasuno because he can save almost any spike, and his friendship with ace Asahi Azumane is one of the sweetest parts of the story. Every time the team is down a point, his diving saves and his shouts of encouragement turn the match around.
