How to Choose Your Gym Shorts

Use the quick buyer guide below to pick the right Gym Shorts the first time, then explore the FAQ for the most common questions our customers ask.

1. Confirm your size

Every product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. Compare with a garment that fits you well to find the closest match. Each product page carries a size chart with that garment's exact measurements.

2. Choose your fabric weight

Lightweight moisture-wicking polyester or cotton-blend fabric are used across the collection, balanced for breathability, durability, and print quality. Heavier weights are recommended for cooler seasons or layering; lighter weights work better as base layers and warm-weather wear.

3. Pair for training, court, or everyday wear

athletic and casual cuts are available; choose the inseam and waistband style noted on each product page
