The holiday season is upon us, and we want to ensure that you receive your orders in time for Christmas. To help you plan ahead, please take note of our important cut-off dates for shoe products:

Cut-Off Dates for Timely Delivery:

• For Standard Shipping: The last day to place your order is November 28, 2024. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas due to increased shipping demands during the holiday season.
• For Express Shipping: If you are in the UK, US, or Germany, the cut-off date for express shipping is December 4, 2024. While we will do our best to fulfill these orders quickly, please be aware that delivery times may still vary.
• For Rest of the World (ROW): The cut-off date is November 20, 2024. After this date, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas as the volume of orders increases significantly.

Processing Times:

Due to the high demand during this peak season, please note the following:

• Orders may require 10-15 business days for processing due to the made-to-order customize of our shoes.
• International shipping may also face delays at customs, so we recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays.
