About Fullmetal Alchemist

Fullmetal Alchemist follows the brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric, who try to restore their bodies after a failed attempt at human transmutation. Their journey through Amestris teaches them about the rule of equivalent exchange, the Philosopher’s Stone and the cost of power. Many fans call it one of the best stories in anime for its strong characters and its sense of justice.

Shoe Features

• Transmutation circles: overlapping red designs cover the sides and toe, similar to alchemy drawn on the floor.
• Dark red look: the shades of black and crimson give the pair a serious, mysterious mood.
• Mid top comfort: a padded collar and a lace up front for support.
• Rubber outsole: a sturdy white base for city walking.

When to Wear Them

They look right at home with black jeans and a red hoodie, or with a long coat for a quick Elric brothers outfit. They also suit conventions, study nights and anime club meetups.

A smart gift for a student who loves science, a manga collector or someone who has watched Brotherhood three times. Try them for a birthday, a holiday gift swap or a graduation present for a friend headed to engineering school. Because the print stays tone on tone, it also works with dark office casual outfits, which helps if you want a quiet nod to the series.
