Edward Elric Black Flamel Cross Fullmetal Alchemist Hooded Cloak Coat

Take on the State Alchemist look with the Edward Elric Black Flamel Cross Fullmetal Alchemist Hooded Cloak Coat. The coat is solid black from hood to hem, with a single red Flamel cross and serpent printed large on the back, just like the symbol Edward wears on his famous coat.

About Edward Elric

Edward Elric is the young Fullmetal Alchemist who lost his arm and leg in a failed attempt to bring his mother back, and who then searched with his brother Alphonse for the Philosopher’s Stone. His automail, his short temper about his height and his rule of equivalent exchange made him one of the best loved heroes in anime. The Flamel cross, a cross with a winding snake, became a symbol of the whole series.

Why It Stands Out

• Clean black base: a simple dark design that works with almost any outfit.
• Red Flamel cross: the single bright emblem on the back gives the coat a sharp, minimalist look.
• Hood and lining: a deep hood with a soft pale lining keeps the wind out.
• Toggle buttons: classic closures with wide sleeves for layering.

Ways to Wear It

This is an easy base for an Edward cosplay, since you only need boots, gloves and a braid. It also looks great as a plain winter coat for school, or a layer at a convention when the hall gets chilly. The hood can stay up for a mysterious look in group photos with a friend dressed as Alphonse.

It makes a meaningful gift for the Fullmetal Alchemist fan, perfect for a birthday, graduation or holiday.
