Gomu Gomu No Mi One Piece Knitted Cardigan Sweater

Eat the fruit, wear the power. The Gomu Gomu No Mi One Piece Knitted Cardigan Sweater is covered in the swirling pattern of Luffy’s Devil Fruit, with purple spirals and curls in several shades and thin yellow green lightning style lines running through them, plus a deep purple band along the neck, buttons, cuffs and hem.

About the Gomu Gomu Fruit

The Gomu Gomu no Mi, or Gum Gum Fruit, is the Devil Fruit eaten by Monkey D. Luffy in One Piece. It turns his body into rubber, which makes him immune to blades and bullets, but it also means he can never swim. The strange swirl pattern on the fruit is one of the most recognizable images of the series, and fans often draw it on posters, bags and fan art.

Highlights

• Swirl pattern: overlapping curls in lilac, violet and indigo copy the look of the fruit’s skin.
• Accent lines: thin green yellow streaks add motion and a spark of energy.
• Full coverage: the print flows over the front, the back and the sleeves.
• Cardigan style: V neck with a clean button front.

Where to Wear It

Great for conventions, anime nights, school and casual weekends. Pair it with a white tee and jeans, or with black pants for a dressier outfit.

It is a fun gift for a One Piece fan, a friend who dreams of becoming Pirate King or anyone who enjoys bold patterns. Birthdays, Christmas and Secret Santa swaps all suit it, and you may hear someone say they want to eat it.
