About Keiji

Rooster Fighter is a manga series by Shu Sakuratani about a rooster who protects a small town from monsters called Kaiju. Keiji is the rooster hero, a tough fighter who works hard and trains like a street brawler, and he is surrounded by the people of the town who never seem too shaken by a giant monster. The mix of heavy action and deadpan humor has made it a cult hit with anime fans who like their comedy dry.

Design Highlights

• Fierce portrait: Keiji’s comb, beak and strong red body fill the front with attitude.
• Red and white palette: a high contrast scheme that is easy to spot.
• Rooster Fighter back print: a large title makes the rear easy to read.
• Sleeve text: small red prints add a sports jersey feel.

Where to Wear It

Wear it to a barbecue, a cookout or a casual day with friends. White shorts or light jeans keep it fresh in summer, while a black jacket gives it a sharper look in cooler months.

It is a funny gift for the friend who loves odd action comedies, whether for a birthday, a holiday exchange or a farm loving relative who has always wanted a rooster hero shirt.
