Who Is Rock Lee?

Rock Lee is the taijutsu specialist of Team Guy in Naruto, a ninja who cannot use chakra for ninjutsu or genjutsu but trains harder than anyone. He wears green, worships his teacher Might Guy and proves that effort can beat talent. His fight against Gaara, and later the Eight Gates technique, are some of the most emotional moments in the series, and they are why so many fans consider him a symbol of grit.

Details Worth Noting

• Gate kanji: bold black characters on the thigh nod to the Eight Gates of Chakra.
• Flame liner: black flames and a Lee figure make the inner layer look like a power surge.
• Athletic cut: the shell is loose through the leg while the liner stays snug.
• Secure waist: drawstring cords and an elastic band hold steady during fast footwork.
