About Shinken Red

Takeru Shiba is the lord of the Shiba clan and the Shinken Red in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. Raised to defend the world from the Gedoushu, he is strict, graceful and very serious, yet hides a soft side behind the formal manner. His sword Shinkenmaru and his calligraphy based powers make him one of the most stylish red heroes in Sentai.

Design Highlights

• Samurai collar: clean black lines cross over the chest like the folds of a kimono.
• Gold clan crest: a small decorated badge adds a traditional touch.
• Belt print: a dark waist band with a golden clasp wraps the lower hem.
• Plain red back: a simple back lets the front shape shine.

Use It For

Practice in it at martial arts class, wear it to a tokusatsu event or pair it with hakama style pants at a cosplay meetup. It also makes a smart base for a Power Rangers Samurai Red Ranger outfit.

Think of it as a birthday or holiday gift for a Sentai fan, a martial artist or anyone who loves a hero with discipline and a sense of duty. Dark athletic pants let the red top stand out, and the gold crest catches the light nicely.
