By placing an order with Anime Bape, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

At Anime Bape every item is made-to-order and produced only after you click “Buy Now.” This approach lets us offer unlimited designs without holding inventory, but it also means we can’t simply “re-stock” an item that comes back. 

1. Order Review & Cancellation

2. Returns – Defective Products Only

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by Anime Bape.

How to Request a Return
  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the defect, outer packaging, and shipping label

  3. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid USPS return label.

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging and tags.

  • No strong odors, stains, or damage unrelated to the defect.

♻️ Eco-Friendly Option: If you accept a replacement for a confirmed defective item, you do not need to return the original item. This helps reduce packaging waste and shipping emissions.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned parcel is received and inspected.

  • We email you a confirmation once it passes inspection.

  • Approved refunds credit the original payment method within 5-7 business days (bank processing may add a few days).


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are provided solely for manufacturing defects.

  • For size or color changes resulting from the customer’s original selection, we cannot accept a return, but we’ll gladly issue a discount code so you can place a corrected order at a reduced price.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Custom products with user-supplied images or text (unless defective)

  • Items returned outside the stated window


6. Additional Notes

To avoid misunderstandings and disputes, please carefully review the following conditions:

  • Color & Size Variations: All size charts are provided on each product page. Please review carefully before purchasing. Due to different screen settings and production methods, colors may appear up to 20% different from online images. These differences are not defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Made-to-Order Production: Every item is custom-made after purchase. For this reason, changes in size, color, or design due to customer error are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Address Accuracy: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Anime Bape is not responsible for loss or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, forwarding errors, or if the recipient is unavailable.

  • Delivery Confirmation: Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, Anime Bape considers the order fulfilled. If Shipping Insurance was not purchased at checkout, Anime Bape cannot be held liable for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages after delivery confirmation. Proof of delivery (such as a delivery photo or signature) may or may not be provided, depending on the last-mile carrier in your area.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: To protect against theft or loss after delivery, customers are strongly encouraged to purchase Shipping Insurance. Without this coverage, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

  • Delivery Exceptions: If a package is marked “Undeliverable” by the carrier due to absence, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.

  • Product Handling: Apparel may arrive with minor fold lines or wrinkles due to shipping. Simply lay flat or steam for 3–5 days; this is not considered a defect.
