At AnimeBape, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-made anime apparel and footwear to fans worldwide. Every item is carefully handcrafted just for you after the order is placed. This policy outlines our processing times, shipping estimates, carrier details, customs information, and how we handle delays.

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and worldwide, and the following terms apply to all orders.

General Shipping & Handling

All items at AnimeBape are made-to-order to ensure a personalized experience. Once your payment is processed, your order will be hand-prepared by our skilled team before being shipped to your location.

Standard Apparel Orders:

  • Handling Time: 3–8 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

Shoe Orders:

  • Handling Time: 7–10 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–10 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking details to update in the system.

Note: Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages due to logistics or manufacturing locations.

Customs, VAT & International Duties

We do not charge or collect customs, VAT, or import duties during checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on each country’s laws.

For EU Customers:
As of July 1, 2021, all goods imported into the European Union require VAT payment and a formal customs declaration—even those under €22. To help reduce your VAT burden, we aim to declare reasonable values on shipments.

Important:
If your package is held at customs, this is outside of our control. In most cases, customs clearance takes no more than 7 business days, but rare delays can occur. Because this is handled by your local authorities, we cannot guarantee exact timelines.


Carrier Delays & Lost Tracking Updates

We work with trusted shipping partners like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Yun Express to provide reliable delivery. However, factors such as weather, customs processing, or local events may cause delays.

If your tracking status has not updated for 7 consecutive business days, we will automatically re-send your order at no extra cost to ensure you receive your product promptly.


Delivery Responsibility & Shipping Insurance

  • Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, AnimeBape considers the order fulfilled.

  • If Shipping Insurance was not purchased at checkout, AnimeBape is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Proof of delivery (such as delivery photos or signatures) may or may not be provided, depending on the last-mile carrier in your region.

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase Shipping Insurance to protect against theft or loss after delivery.


Delivery Exceptions

  • If an order is marked “Undeliverable” due to incorrect address, refusal, or recipient absence, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us.


Tracking Your Package

  • A tracking email will be sent once your order ships.

  • If tracking is inactive after 7 business days, contact us for assistance. In most cases, we will re-send the package without further action required.
