Most of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs while maintaining quality control for every order.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping estimates, delivery expectations, and important shipping terms.

By placing an order with AnimeBape, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $99 within the United States.

For orders under $99 or for international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order Processing & Production Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our production queue.

Because many AnimeBape products are custom-made, production times vary depending on the product category.

Apparel & Fashion Accessories

Includes items such as hoodies, t-shirts, hats, and small accessories.

Production Time: 3–8 business days

Shoes & Home Décor

Includes sneakers, footwear, and home décor products such as canvas prints.

Production Time: 7–10 business days

Production times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-demand periods, or promotional events.

Once production is completed, your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.


Shipping Time Estimates

After production, orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

United States

Shipping Time: 7–10 business days

United Kingdom & Germany

Shipping Time: 7–9 business days

International (Worldwide)

Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

Total estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier operations, or unforeseen delays.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This may occur because products are manufactured in different facilities or shipped from different fulfillment locations.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and local postal services.


Shipping Carriers

AnimeBape works with trusted logistics partners including:

• DHL
• Yun Express
• Local postal carriers

The final delivery may be completed by your local courier depending on your location.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside of our control.


Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipping carrier marks a package as Delivered, AnimeBape considers the order successfully fulfilled.

AnimeBape is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Depending on the courier, proof of delivery such as a signature or delivery photo may or may not be available.


Shipping Insurance

Customers may choose to purchase Shipping Insurance during checkout.

Shipping Insurance protects your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit or after delivery confirmation.

Without Shipping Insurance, AnimeBape may not be able to replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered.


Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of:

• incorrect address
• failed delivery attempts
• refusal by the recipient

the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


Shipping Delays

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

• customs inspections
• weather conditions
• public holidays
• courier operational delays

If your tracking status has not updated for 7 consecutive business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue.
