Every piece is printed after you order. Apparel takes 3–8 business days to produce, then standard US shipping takes 7–10 business days, so plan on roughly 2–3½ weeks door to door. Your estimated delivery date shows on each product page before you check out.

For Halloween, order by early October. For Christmas and holiday gifts, order before Thanksgiving weekend — production can run a little longer during peak season, so earlier is always safer.

Yes — standard shipping is free on US orders over $99. Orders under $99 and international orders show the shipping cost at checkout.

Streetwear and vintage anime hoodies start at $54, zip-up hoodies are $57, oversized hoodies are $74, varsity and windbreaker jackets are $69, bomber jackets are $59, sweatshirts start at $39.40 and sweatpants are $49.

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that the order goes into production and can’t be changed or cancelled, so double-check your design and shipping address before you pay. Email [email protected] as soon as possible if something is wrong.

If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund. Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind.

Yes. Orders to the UK and Germany usually arrive in 7–9 business days after production, and most other countries in 7–14 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
