Guardians of the Galaxy Marvel Mid Top Basketball Shoes

Hook a ride across the stars with the Guardians of the Galaxy Marvel Mid Top Basketball Shoes. Mossy green and deep red panels meet a bright orange swirl near the collar, and illustrations of the ragtag heroes appear on the sides like a poster from a space adventure.

About the Guardians of the Galaxy

The Guardians are a band of misfits who team up to protect the galaxy. Peter Quill, who calls himself Star-Lord, leads a crew that includes the deadly Gamora, the literal minded Drax, the tough raccoon Rocket and the gentle tree creature Groot. They bicker, joke and fight side by side, and their movies are known for bright colors, classic pop songs and heart. Fans love how this found family turns a group of outcasts into heroes.

Design Highlights

• Space adventure palette: green, red and orange give the pair a lively comic book feel.
• Team artwork: the group scenes on the side make the shoes feel like a mini poster.
• Everyday build: a padded ankle collar, lace up closure and a firm white outsole.

When to Wear Them

These look great with dark jeans and a plain tee, and they suit comic conventions, movie nights, basketball and casual days at school or work.

Throw on an old school mix tape playlist and the pair feels like a walk straight out of Star-Lord’s ship.

The mix of green and red also nods to the plant hero and the green skinned assassin, which gives longtime fans a puzzle to enjoy. They make a fun present for a friend who loves found family stories, for a birthday, Secret Santa or Christmas gift.
