Princess Mononoke Studio Ghibli Hockey Jersey

The Princess Mononoke Studio Ghibli Hockey Jersey pairs a royal blue body with red shoulders, golden yellow sleeves and white swoosh lines. San rides beside the white wolf inside a round badge on the chest under the Princess Mononoke title, and the back shows her mask in the middle of the blue field.

About the Film

Princess Mononoke came out in 1997 and follows Ashitaka, a prince cursed by a boar demon, as he travels west to find a cure. He meets San, the wolf girl, and Lady Eboshi, who runs an ironworks that eats away at the forest. The movie is known for its epic scale, its moving score and its refusal to make anyone a simple villain.

What You Will See

• Round chest badge: San and the wolf appear in a dynamic circle with sweeping white lines around it.
• Bold color blocking: red, yellow and blue panels give the jersey a lively, almost comic book feel.
• Back mask: the red marked mask looks out from the center of the blue back, surrounded by yellow pointed shapes.
• Strong sleeve color: bright yellow arms with red trim make the jersey easy to spot in a crowd.

Where to Wear It

Wear it to a movie club, a college game day, a convention or any casual day you want a bright look. It pairs with plain white or black pants to balance the colors.
