Princess Mononoke Studio Ghibli 2-in-1 Competition Shorts

Run with the wolves in the Princess Mononoke Studio Ghibli 2-in-1 Competition Shorts. The black outer short has a ring of white fang shapes around the waist and a red face-paint mask on the leg, while the liner underneath is covered with tiny white forest spirits.

About Princess Mononoke

Princess Mononoke is Hayao Miyazaki’s epic about the clash between the forest gods and the people of Irontown. San, the girl raised by the wolf goddess Moro, fights to protect the woods, while the prince Ashitaka tries to stop the cycle of hatred. The film is famous for its lush scenery, its big wolf and boar gods and the quiet kodama spirits that rattle their heads in the trees. Fans also remember the shy Forest Spirit, whose night form walks across the valley in one of the film’s most striking scenes.

What Stands Out

• Fang trim: white points around the waist look like the teeth of a wolf.
• Red mask: San’s bold face markings sit low on the leg in crimson.
• Kodama liner: rows of little white spirits make a playful, spooky pattern.
• Competition build: a light outer short, a close liner and cords to adjust the waist.

Where to Wear Them

They are great for trail runs, hikes, martial arts and gym sessions. The black base is easy to match, and the white spirits are a lovely surprise when you stretch or squat.

They are a meaningful gift for a Ghibli fan who loves nature and fierce heroines. Give them for a birthday, Earth Day, a graduation or a Christmas stocking for a friend who spends weekends outdoors.
